Thank you to Luc and Perry; I appreciated your calm and professionalism during my mood swings and impatient comments. Thanks also to the installer (whose name I've unfortunately forgotten) for his politeness, courtesy, composure, and high level of expertise. I am extremely satisfied across the board and will warmly recommend you to everyone.

Less than an hour after our call late in the afternoon, a team arrived to replace the spring on our garage door. During the same visit, they reinforced the door frame and installed a garage door opener. You don't see service like that very often...

I am more than satisfied with the incredible service I received this morning. I recommend their service 100%. My garage door wasn't working this morning, so I called Exitech Doors and Windows and spoke with the lovely Céline, who told me I would receive a call back soon. Within 15 minutes, I received a call from a repairman who, thanks to his expertise, explained the problem to me after I sent him a photo. Everything was fixed in less than 5 minutes, and at no cost to me. It's so refreshing to find a company with such genuine care. THANK YOU

Ultra-fast and professional service! Thank you to Perry for organizing everything and to Daniel (the owner) for the follow-up. I 100% recommend this company.

Very satisfied with the work, professionalism, and courtesy of the staff. I am very happy with my new garage door. A big thank you especially to the staff members who came to remove the old door, redo the frame, install the new door... and who also patiently and kindly answered the countless questions of my 5-year-old little construction supervisor (and to the one who offered to share his lunch with my little glutton... Thank you! He was very happy!) Thank you.

Your two technicians did an excellent job during a preventative maintenance call on the garage door. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what products they were using.

Super friendly, very helpful, and efficient! We had the top panel repaired. Not only is it even more solid than before, it doesn't even look like we had it fixed. Ricardo was very helpful and answered my 10000 questions while still finishing the work fast. Wish we had the funds to change the entire door because I am sure it would have been as easy as this repair!
